How We Protect Your Data

Protecting our customers’ data is one of our highest priorities at Gridramp. We understand the trust organizations place in us when they use our platform, and we take that responsibility seriously. Security is built into every layer of Gridramp, from how data is stored and encrypted to how we monitor and respond to potential threats.

Secure Data Storage

Gridramp uses Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to securely store customer data. Data stored in GCP is encrypted in transit and at rest by default. Google Cloud uses strong encryption, including the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) with 256-bit keys, to help protect customer data and maintain a high level of security.

Backed Up Daily

Your database is automatically backed up every day, helping protect your work from accidental changes or unexpected incidents. Backups are encrypted and stored in Google Cloud with the same degree of protection as your production data.

Ongoing Security Updates

Gridramp continuously strengthens its security practices to help protect customer data, including regular security testing, vulnerability monitoring, and timely software updates. As new threats emerge, we review and improve our safeguards to reduce risk and maintain a strong security posture.

Incident Detection & Response

Gridramp monitors for suspicious activity and potential security events, with defined processes for investigation, containment, and response. When issues arise, we act quickly to reduce risk, protect customer data, and maintain the security and availability of the platform.

Control Access and Maintain Visibility

Keeping data secure also means giving organizations control over who can access it and visibility into how their workspace is being used. Gridramp provides identity, permission, and auditing controls designed to help teams manage access without creating unnecessary friction.

Granular Access Control

Admins can manage users, integrations, and organization-wide settings while assigning permissions at the portfolio, project, or task level, giving precise control over what each person can view and modify.

Reduce Password Theft & Sign-In Fatigue

Gridramp supports single sign-on with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, allowing users to access Gridramp with their existing organizational accounts and reducing the need to manage additional passwords.

Audit Logs & Activity Visibility

Gridramp provides visibility into important account and workspace activity, helping organizations review changes, investigate issues, and maintain accountability across teams.

Leverage AI With Enterprise Security

AI should make your team more effective without compromising the security, privacy, or control your organization depends on. Gridramp is designed to help enterprises take advantage of AI while keeping customer data protected, maintaining existing permissions, and ensuring people remain in control of important workflows and decisions.

Your Data Stays Private

Gridramp does not use customer data to train shared or public AI models. Information processed by our AI providers is handled under enterprise-grade privacy, security, and data protection controls designed to keep your organization’s data confidential.

Human Oversight by Design

AI-generated outputs remain under user control, with people able to review, edit, and approve results before they become part of important workflows or decisions.

Agents Have Scoped Data Access

Gridramp’s AI features only access information that a user is already authorized to view, helping ensure existing permissions remain in place and sensitive data is not exposed beyond its intended audience.

AI Access You Can Control

Admins can manage access to Gridramp’s AI features, helping ensure the right users can take advantage of AI while maintaining appropriate oversight, permissions, and organizational control.

Secure Operations Behind the Platform

Gridramp’s founding team has built and operated software trusted by Fortune 100 brands and other enterprise-scale organizations. That experience shapes how we approach security, reliability, and operational discipline at Gridramp.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

Access to Gridramp systems is provisioned based on each team member’s role and responsibilities. When roles change or team members leave the company, access is promptly updated or removed to prevent unnecessary or lingering access to company systems and sensitive information.

Strong Authentication & Google Workspace Security

Gridramp protects internal systems using Google Workspace security features, including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and centralized account management. These controls help secure employee access and reduce the risk of unauthorized account activity.

Vendor & Third-Party Access Controls

Gridramp reviews third-party tools and service providers before adoption. Access to sensitive systems and data is limited to what is necessary for the service being provided, helping reduce unnecessary exposure and maintain appropriate oversight.

Least-Privilege Access

Gridramp team members are granted only the access needed to perform their roles. Access to sensitive systems and customer data is restricted to authorized personnel and reviewed to help ensure permissions remain appropriate over time.
